The Genesis
Aarna Builders and Developers was born from a singular observation: The Mumbai real estate market was forcing a compromise. Homebuyers had to choose between affordability in crowded mass-housing townships or luxury in overpriced, inaccessible towers.
We asked: Why can’t there be a middle ground?
Established by Amit Mishra, Ravi Shinde, and Puneet Chopra, Aarna was founded to bridge this gap. We pivoted away from the volume-game to focus on ‘Micro-Market Mastery.’ By identifying culturally rich neighborhoods like the Mahavir Nagar Extension and applying a ‘Boutique’ development model, we create homes that offer the privacy of a gated community with the warmth of a close-knit neighborhood.
